The Downtown Park Forest building is located in downtown, Park Forest, which is 27 miles south of downtown Chicago. The plaza consists of three separate retail/office buildings located in a retail driven development with a rather unique location. The plaza is located in the heart of downtown Park Forest which is home for a number of retailers, village hall and a mixture of local businesses. The plaza also draws excellent demographics having 78,000 residents within a 3-mile radius of the plaza.
The surrounding residential community developing rapidly, the plaza is seen as the centerpiece of the downtown area. With a mixture of local retail and office tenants, national retailers such as Walgreen's, CVS Pharmacy and Dollar General provide additional traffic the plaza wouldn't normally get.
