Road widening and realigning of SR 76 to a four-lane highway from just east of South Mission Road to the newly improved SR 76/I-15 interchange began in 2014 and expected to be finished by Fall of 2017. This project makes the property more accessible and convenient to travel back and forth. The community of Fallbrook is located south of Riverside County and east of Camp Pendleton. Its neighboring communities are Bonsall to the south, Pala to the east and Rainbow to the northeast. Fallbrook is known for its avocado groves.
