Much of the Marumsco Sub Area is within walking distance from the Woodbridge VRE Station and adjacent to the Woodbridge Town Center redevelopment. While the plan study area boundaries incorporate adjacent residential properties to provide a comprehensive view of community opportunities, constraints, and connectivity, the Marumsco Sub Area is limited to redeveloping commercial properties along U.S. Route 1.
