Previously used by the Tecumseh Products Company for the manufacturing of small engines. Some of the highlights of this structure are: 12 truck docks and 1 at grade drive in door, approximately 13,000 SF of office space, a cafeteria, 6 inch reinforced concrete floors, 21'- 23' ceilings, 400 paved parking spaces, a new rubber roof installed in approximately 2001 and 2004 and has a fully climatized environment throughout the facility.
