OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY - IRVING CLIFF BREWERY & RESTAURANT: Located in downtown Honesdale. This successful business seats up to 120 people, includes a private party area, a live music area and has room to expand for outside seating. All equipment, licenses and furnishing are included. The ''G'' Brewery License allows a 2nd location for expansion or tap into the distribution business. The 13,000 sq. ft building houses not just the Restaurant and the Brew house but the 2nd floor holds the screen printing factory which produces all the merchandise for the brewery or you can convert the large area into rental income: apartments, businesses, storage etc. The original Brewery was established in 1851 and stood just a few blocks away.
