Building Details:

Over 1,100 feet of waterfront on the north side of the Oneida River on close to 40 acres of vacant land. This site is east of Lock 23 in the NYS Barge Canal System and west of Oneida Lake along the deep water/ navigable waterways. Lake access by water does not require any locking. The site is within 5 miles (9 minutes) of the Micron $20 billion "mega-fab" microchip production plant in Central NY. Site has access to sewer and municipal water at the road (County Rt 37). Additional 15+ acre contiguous parcel can be considered for an additional 650' of water frontage.
