Building Details:

The Templin building is an office retail building on the corner of 4th and Front in downtown Coeur d’ Alene. Located at the main entrance to the new McEuen Park and near many of the downtown amenities including shopping, restaurants, parks, Tubbs Hill, and Lake Coeur d’ Alene. Suite 110 is a retail suite on the main level with basement storage. A kitchen and break room located in the basement that is available as well. Shared bathrooms are in the basement.
