Building Details:

The DeSoto Grove was developed in 1998 using up-to-date agricultural engineering.
The Citrus trees in this grove are all Florida Department of Agriculture, Division of Plant Industry Registered-Certified Scions and Rootstocks that are selected for their high productivity and disease resistance.
Double row beds are each 1,200 feet long and 48 feet from center-to-center. The swales of the beds gravity drain to sub-lateral canals. Drainage water is lifted into reservoirs which gravity flow into Joshua Water Control District (JWCD) flow ways.
The grove has a microjet irrigation system which can irrigate 100% of the grove simultaneously for cold protection.
Buildings on the property include one 6,925 SF shop building and two tenant houses.
