Just in time for the summer season! This 24 Ft. Dock comes with a Hydro-Hoist boat lift and owners dock box. Located in The Dock Club at Pine Knot Landing across from the village. The Dock club is the first "Deeded Dockominium" project on the west coast. The Dock Club features 24 hour on site security, on site management, on site repair shop, fuel dock, service slips, marine hardware shop, members only restrooms and access to the members only area, on site owner designated parking and parking passes.
